Physics at Work

A yearly, three day event aiming to stimulate interest and encourage wider participation in physics amongst 14-16 year olds by showcasing the many ways physics is used in the world. This year, Physics at Work will take place online. Demonstrations are available now and Q&A sessions will take place online from 21st-25th September.

**COVID-19 ADJUSTMENTS**

In line with Admission Office guidance, we are not planning to run any large-scale in-person outreach events between now and 31 March 2021 and will instead be moving to an online, remote model instead.


Cambridge Physics Experience (CPE)

A one-day event in which schools visit a Cambridge college and partake in a practical activity at the Cavendish Laboratory. Eight weeks of events throughout the year cater for years 7 to 12.

Cambridge Physics Centre Lecture Series

These talks aim to enthuse, stimulate and challenge students and their teachers across the whole broad spectrum of physics-related topics. They are run by a team of volunteers who are always interested in suggestions for topics or speakers.

Work Experience
